Note: As the Android OS varies due to different make and models, take the below screenshots and instructions as broad guidelines with few changes needed to achieve your specific result.

How to troubleshoot if game.tv is not downloading from Play Store?

1. Clearing Cache of Google Play Services

2. Check if there are any other download(s) pending due to which game.tv app is not downloading.

    a. Launch Google Play Store.

    b. Select the profile icon top right.

    c. Choose "Manage apps & device".

    d. On the "Overview" tab page, select "Updates available".

    e. Stop any pending updates. Then scroll down to game.tv and select "Update" to get started.

3. Check the memory on the device.

    a. Follow the above steps till you reach the "Overview" tab page.

    b. Below the "Updates available" section, look at the Storage section. If there's not much GB space left, select it.

    c. On the "Free up space" page, each app will be shown with the space they've taken up.

    d. For those apps you don't want, select the box option to mark them for deletion. 

    e. Choose the dustbin icon above.

    f. Read through the "Uninstall selected app" pop-up and click on "Uninstall". This should free up enough space to download and/or update game.tv.

4. Switch off the VPN, if the user is using it.

    a. Look up top to see if the VPN symbol is present.

    b. If so, swipe up to reach the notification section. Click on the "VPN activated" notification.

    c. On the VPN pop-up, choose "Disconnect".

Go through each step to fix your issue! You'll be downloading and playing game.tv in no time.
